Private sessions
Maybe you don’t have the time or the budget right now for a full nutrition program. Maybe you do, but you’re not sure if we’d be a good fit for each other. That’s okay! In either case, a single private session might be the right fit for you. Choose from 1 and 2-hour sessions where we’ll work one-on-one to address a specific need.
Current and previous clients can also use private sessions as a complement to any program we’re already doing together, or a program they completed in the past to maintain momentum.

NUTRITION POWER HOUR
Confused about what to eat? Wondering why you don’t have the energy you used to or why your body isn’t changing even though you’re working hard? In this one hour session we’ll take a deep dive into your nutrition and habits around food so that you can create the action steps to improve your health.

STYLE POWER HOUR
During this one hour session we will discuss your current wardrobe and style and figure out where you’re stuck and how you want to feel in your clothes. Together we will create a plan to help you find your personal style and the right fits for your body.

Looking to add movement to your 6 Week Program? Add pilates sessions to strengthen your core, boost your metabolism, and feel stronger than you ever have before. Available in-person only.

CLOSET EDIT + PERSONAL STYLING
Our 2 hour closet edit is a workout! You will try on, weed out and create outfits. The end result? A closet filled only with items that are working for you and that make you feel great, a shopping list of what essentials you’re missing and a collection of photos of the outfits we’ve created. Need a total closet make over, or looking for a seasonal refresh, reach out for a customized quote based exactly on your needs.
