Session 9: Defining Your Style for the Body You Have Now | Dressing with Confidence.
Learn how to dress for your body, define your personal style, and build a capsule wardrobe that reflects your confidence and evolution.
Session 10: Curated Shopping Experience | Done for You
We identify the key pieces missing from your closet and create a curated list of recommendations tailored to your body, lifestyle, and style.
Then I handle the shopping for you, sourcing the right pieces, so your wardrobe feels polished, complete, and effortless.
Session 11: Nutrition Check In | Refine + Adjust
In this session, we review what’s working and where there are still challenges. Together, we make adjustments so what you’re doing continues to support your body, your energy, and your lifestyle.
Session 12: Style Reveal Session
The final reveal! This is where everything comes together.
You’ll try on your curated outfits and step into the version of yourself that feels aligned, confident, and fully you.

What we’ll cover:
Session 1: Closet Edit | Where your Transformation begins
We start with a 3-hour closet edit where you try everything on. Together, we identify what works for your body and lifestyle and build outfits that make you feel confident and simplify getting dressed in the morning.
We’ll also identify the key pieces missing from your closet so your wardrobe works together effortlessly and take photos for easy reference later.
Session 2-5: Rebuild your Foundation through nutrition
This phase focuses on rebuilding your nutrition foundation so your body has the fuel it needs to function at its best.You’ll learn how to balance protein, fiber, and healthy fats to support energy, metabolism, and long-term health - without restriction or confusion.
Session 6: Movement + Exercise | Incorporating Movement You Love To Do!
Learn the importance of why both matter and create sustainable routines that strengthen your body, boost metabolism and confidence.Session 7: Stress, Sleep + Mindset | Support your body + mind
Your body cannot fully thrive when it’s constantly in fight-or-flight mode.
In this session, we focus on simple strategies to improve sleep, manage stress, and support your nervous system so your body can recover, restore, and function at its best.
Session 8: Building Habits That Stick
In this session, we address which habits no longer serve you and replace them with simple, sustainable routines that align with the person you want to be today.
