The Closet Edit

Begin your transformation with a 2-hour closet edit where we will dive into your style challenges and goals. Learn about what works best for your body while creating outfits from your own closet that empower you!

Photos of these outfits will help you get dressed each day so you feel confident and beautiful every time you leave the house!

 

Customized 1:1 Coaching

Over a period of 6 weeks, we’ll meet weekly for coaching either in-person, over Zoom, or on the phone. First, we’ll identify where you are in the moment, what challenges you’re struggling with, and your goals.

Then, we’ll work on creating new habits to take the place of the ones that no longer serve you, find solutions to challenges that might be holding you back, and create new ways to add movement into your life to boost your metabolism and strength—without spending hours in the gym.

You’ll receive:

  • Curated information about nutrition and wellness

  • Action steps at each session to feel more energized, lose inches, and balance hormones

  • Weekly handouts and recipes tailored to your unique journey

  • Text messaging with Amy to get on-the-go answers to your questions and support

Why will this time be different?

Because unlike those other programs you’ve tried, this isn’t a diet. And it’s not just about nutrition. I combine nutrition, movement, and personal style to work on both the inside and outside at the same time. It’s a method that’s proven to increase your motivation and help you continue to prioritize yourself! Each week we introduce new tools and reinforce new habits to set you up for long term success.


Do I have to count calories?

No way. Nutrition is the foundation upon which everything else is built. Food is fuel, and I introduce and simplify the fundamentals of healthy eating so that you are able to implement small changes to create big impacts. No dieting. No counting calories, macros, or weighing everything you eat.


Is the package refundable if I don’t want to continue or if I change my mind?

You may receive a refund for the remaining sessions if you do not want to continue after Session 1. After session 2 your payment is not refundable.


Where do coaching sessions take place?

Sessions take place online, in my office, or at an agreed upon location.
