We’ll start with the essentials. You’ll learn:

Week 2: Build Healthy Movement + Meals

In the second week, we’ll build on the nutrition lessons by adding movement. You’ll stack on:

  • How to use the MyPlate method to build satisfying lunches + dinners

  • Smart strategies to avoid the all-or-nothing trap

 

Week 3: Rituals for Real-Life Balance

You’ve learned about nutrition, then added movement. Now we’ll lock in the habits that make it all stick:

  • How to create supportive morning and evening rituals

  • Mindset tools that keep you grounded and focused

  • Simple ways to reconnect to yourself—physically and emotionally

Is the package refundable if I don’t want to continue or if I change my mind?

You may receive a refund for the remaining sessions if you do not want to continue after Session 1. After session 2 your payment is not refundable.

Where do coaching sessions take place?

Sessions take place online, in my office, or at an agreed upon location.
